French pricking iron Sinabroks TW (1 prong)

Premium quality of french (european) type pricking iron from Sinabroks. The Sinabroks pricking irons are made of solid brass and have a nice weight for using and good prevention from rust. All teeth are polished to pierce the thick leather easily and remove without any issues as well as they do very clean slits for any threads.

These pricking irons will really develop your hand stitching efficiency and will produce extremely clean stitching. The Sinabroks teeth are thin so you don’t need to work with an awl. This pricking iron is universal and suitable for all spacing of Thinner version: 2.7, 3.0, 3.38, 3.85, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.4 mm

Always use a soft headed hammer or mallet (never metal) and tap it into your leather work gently. When removing the prongs from your leather always pull it out of your leatherwork straight, never shift it side to side to loosen it or this could snap the prongs. It is recommended to lubricate your prongs with bee's wax from time to time to allow for easier removal.
