Galaces Pure Ramie Wax round thread is a twisted, lightly waxed thread made from ramie fibers (linen similar to flax). Rami is an Asian plant of the nettle family, whose fibers are stronger than flax and do not rot. The thread has high tensile strength and has a light matte sheen.
